November always reminds me that gratitude and growth are inseparable. As the leaves change and the indoor season kicks in across much of the country, I’m reflecting on how our industry thrives when we combine appreciation with action.

Here’s my strategic ask as we head toward year-end: Pause to audit your wins and your learnings. Which ideas deserve more oxygen in 2026? Which processes need simplifying so you can reclaim time for what truly matters: your career, your staff, your coaching, mentoring, and leading.
