After conducting a detailed analysis of the local market, Travis restructured the club’s pricing to better align with the Knoxville landscape. This adjustment strengthened the program’s competitiveness and created a more sustainable business model.
One of his most notable accomplishments has been building a structured junior development pathway for players of all ages and ability levels. The result has been rapid growth, with more than 120 juniors added to the program in a short period of time.
